Liscence madness?

I have a very sore neck/back, so I'm not in work today. The GP has given me several prescriptions. the Naprocin sounded great until I unfurled the 4 foot long prescription information.
I read the list of possible side effects, mmmmmmmm. It hurts, so I took it. I hope Roche got it right, they've pretty much covered themselves if I do get an adverse reaction!
