No water

This evening my tap is gurgling, not running. The thaw has resulted in several burst water mains in the area and gradually over the course of the evening more and more posts have appeared on social media about various streets having no water. When I first heard about it, I checked and had water but low pressure. I filled up the kettle and a couple of bottles. An hour later, nothing. 

I have enough water for tea tomorrow morning and there are showers in the office. Hopefully it'll be fixed by the time I get home...
