Meal Time

We support 258 girls in Secondary school

As a result of seriously overcrowded classrooms (up to and over 100 sometimes), poor buildings, inadequately trained and paid teachers and much more, we decided 4 years ago to collect these girls from far distant places each weekend to hold classes with excellent teachers that we have selected and employ.
Here we provide a meal at the end of classes comprising Nsima (maize flour, the staple) Soya pieces and a mix of cabbage, tomato, onion.

This is their meal of the day and maybe for some their only meal of the weekend.

Its a hard life, but these girls really want to learn
