Laps

Only photo I took today was of J doing her 50 mins of swimming laps in the pool. Managed to get out for another 12K run today but its getting too hot for me. Need t try and go earlier. Afternoon by the pool but managed to book the ferry to Arran and J has signed up for the Arran 1.9K swim and the swim across the Forth. Went to the steak restaurant for dinner which as very nice. Entertainment seems the be getting worse each night. Not even sure what it was meant to be tonight.
