Extra 2:-  Emma didn't only bring snow, it whipped up quite a lot of sand from the beach.  Carefully tended municipal gardens anong Cleethorpes sea front were covered in a deep layer of salty sand so the outlook for "Britain in Bloom" is probably not good.
