Like living in a second-hand bookshop...
Very late 'emergency' Blip at the end of a long day! There were two large bookshelves in the 'music room' before MrM started working on the floor. When he cleared the room, MrM heaped the books on all available surfaces throughout the flat - these are on a rather rickety shelf in the spare room. Looking forward to getting back to a semblance of normality!
Buses to Berwick still not running, so MrM kindly drove me in to the dentist's and, after my appointment, drove me up to the office. Completed a couple of fairly urgent jobs before he picked me up again. We stopped and did some food shopping, and then went home via the bus route, just to see what the roads were like. They were all clear, but in some places very narrow with huge banks of snow, thrown up by the snow plough, on either side. Hopefully the buses will be running tomorrow...
Tooth is whingeing this evening, but it was a very big filling and the dentist warned that it may be 'sensitive' for a while...
