Memories when picking our watercress

My mother loved her fresh salads and often had some watercress with them . I also remember her loving an apple with a piece of cheese after lunch and a piece of ginger or licorice and a sherbet fountain thrown in with the mix
I have to admit loving all of these goodies too , except the sherbet fountains are no longer available !
