Rainie

'Rainie' is the name given to a sweet statue of a little girl nestled into the foliage next to our pond. She raises her hands as if beseeching the sky to open and rain to fall. Birds of all 'stripes' enjoy perching on her fingers and interestingly, in the three or so years that she's been with us, I've never had to clean 'anything' left from the birds, off of her! Here a male Northern Cardinal takes a moment out from his busy day to enjoy Ranie.
