Fair

When we lived in Washington State, our home town hosted the Central Washington State Fair every year. It had a huge midway, with a multitude of rides, but none would have been allowed to operate looking like these do. This little kid roller coaster was a more obvious example of the dilapidation exhibited throughout. While I doubt there are safety issues with missing arms and hands, it doesn't look as good as it could or perhaps should. On the other hand, I doubt those riding this, or any of the others, care how they look, just that they are here for a couple weeks.
