Grimsby Photographic Society Exhibition

Well I am so pleased I got caught up yesterday.  I went to a meeting in Horncastle this morning.  A huge detour to avoid an accident ensured I got there just in time and not early like I had planned.    When I arrived I discovered the heating wasn't working.  Whilst this building was in the care of the community a new boiler was installed, so whilst I know this building inside out I was at a bit of a loss.  I ended up waiting all day "off grid"  not internet or phone, waiting for a plumber/boiler engineer.  I was able to catch up on some notes I needed to type up, and if I am honest I needed a few hours without the usual interruptions.

We decided to go out for dinner this evening and called in to the exhibition that;s been put on by my camera club.  I have my favourites but it was interesting hearing the reaction on Mya and Phil and some of the work.  Overall they were quite impressed, but a little disappointed I hadn't put anything in.  I am never happy with my pics in print.  I think I do something wrong when I order them.  Maybe I should get someone to sit with me whilst I order them to see where I am going wrong.
