You may know Ermanno by now from previous Blips... he is a friend that spans a test of time.  My landlord, my biking guru, my dinner advocate, my purveyor of fine wine and whisky, my maestro of culture and taste buds, my accomplice in all night drives through the heartland of Scotland in the search of whisky houses, a savant of all things culinary and more...

A fine evening in the company of Ermanno at his restaurant... discussing wines we like and have tasted, the whiskies we have bought and the places they originate, the adventures to yet be had and the opportunities we have missed, and of all things the friendship at hand.
