Snapping The Shard

Anyone who has seen The Shard will know this is the only way to take a photograph of it if you want your friends in the image too.

After my nightmare of travelling through London yesterday I was back into London Bridge again today for some osteopath treatment, mostly to fix a crocked neck and pulled arm muscle from carrying my bags on and off crowded trains!

Tonight my photo club had its 3rd and final round of this season's colour print competition. Four members entered the round with just 1 point between them. One of my images won on the night but it wasn't enough to win the season. I came 2nd by just 1 point, my best result in the season comps so far.

We only have the image of the year competitions to go which will be interesting...
