Uniform

Just a quick blip today whilst Charlotte is napping.

These are my epaulettes for work. Three evenings a week and occasional weekends I work on the phones for the police taking reports of crime. I enjoy my job and it's interesting but it can be upsetting at times too. I don't know how often I'll manage to blip mid-week as I don't get home till 11pm and that's if my shift ends on time and I don't get stuck on a call.

The slightly soggy looking bit by the way is from where Charlotte was wearing one on her shoulder this morning and had a good dribble/snot on it. Lovely.
