Mount Sand

Hopefully not a permanent feature of the landscape.  There are several such mountains by the creek where a 6 tonne digger has been working for four days clearing damage caused by ex-Cyclone Gita.  A 14 tonne digger and a dump truck will remove the hundreds of logs which washed down the creek but there is a shortage of heavy machinery and they might not arrive until next week.
