Hole In The Rock

Boat trip today in the Bay of Islands to watch Bottlenose Dolphins and to sail through the Hole in the rock, neither of which are guaranteed. We did see Dolphins, not many but quite close and the sea was calm enough for us to pass safely through the narrow space.

Returning to Paihia we said farewell to the Northland and set off back to Auckland and a visit to the top of the Sky Tower, looking at the base through the glass floor (I'll add an extra when I've worked out how, as I'm only just learning how to Blip from a phone) and noting just how far we had walked on our first day.
