Ahead of schedule
I found a training plan ont net in preparation for our London to Paris expedition in July.
Apparently in 18 weeks I will be fit enough for the challenge. This is week one.
The plan says 2.5 miles on monday, 2.5 miles on Wednesday and 6 miles on Saturday. All very doable.
So with a few spinning sessions under my belt and 6.6 miles today instead of Saturday I think I'm ahead of schedule.
