Tufted Duck

A dull morning started off with a visit to Maxwell Park pond and then a rather uneventful visit to the dentist ... just a scale and polish ... big tick there :-) 

A visit to the council tip on my way home .... I've learned a great deal on my recent visits .... cracked casserole dishes go in the bricks and soil container and anything made of hard plastic goes into the container for small appliances .... polystyrene (which I hate) still goes into landfill.

We've had some blue sky this afternoon but I'm stuck inside waiting for my new washing machine to be delivered. Why does time always pass so slowly when you're waiting for a call and a delivery?
