High Dam

A relatively local walk today. Parked at Newby Bridge and took the footpath over Summer House Knott to Finsthwaite. From the village I took circular walk to High Dam returning via Low Dam and then through fields and woodland back to the car. High Dam is lovely and is very much like a quieter, more natural version of Tarn Hows surrounded by lower hills and with almost no one else there.
