Four billboards blown down by the wind

It sounds like the title of a horror movie, doesn't it?  But this is what I saw today on one side of the road I usually take in my daily walk.
I mentioned the hailstorm we had the day before yesterday. I had not realized the wind had been so strong!
My shadow can be seen on the bottom left corner.
