Ruadh

Not sure quite how convinced Ruadh is by the hard crusty snow around at present.
Lunch today at the campsite - menu de cochon currently whilst the chef is processing his pigs for the season.
Fromage de tete, salade de lardons, cold roast pig cheeks, boudin on a bed of apples, cailettes, roast pork with dauphinoise potatoes, cheese, desert and a glass of the green hooch always provided by Monsieur Le Patron. All in all not a light option and not one conducive to much activity thereafter.
Watching the rugby on the TV seemed about right.
