Day 6 of the USS strike. For a change it didn't rain. Again a good turn out. I zoomed into town to visit the Highschool Yards picket line. They've got a source of heating (see extra). It looks like the employer organisation, UUK, doesn't know what it is doing. Oxford Uni now also came out in support of the strike. Looks like nobody wants to be the baddy that caused this situation. So promising, but not done yet.

I used the dry weather to check out if there was anything interesting to be found along Portobello Beach. There was, but unfortunately, the camera battery ran out of juice.
