Long-Tailed Duck (Male)

A pair were feeding below the breaking waves off Kirkcaldy prom this afternoon just before high-tide.

Most years one or two pairs turn up here during the winter months but last year I saw none. These are the first this winter.

Main blip is the male - 'extra' is the pair.
