A great day for going up and skiing down the Marmolada, the highest mountain in the area at 3343 metres. I couldn't go from here to the lift which takes you up, without a car so once again met them on the way back for a very good lunch at the top of the Porta Vescovo cable car. More photos, more Jagertee, oh and the extra is some snow covered boulders in the river Boe which runs through the town, and some icicles. 
Dinner later at the big Sport hotel down the road. It was interesting last night as the chef had had a tantrum and there was a definite atmosphere. We thought it was hilarious!
