Back to Elford

We didn’t have deep snow this morning, just large and thick sleet. By the time it had cleared at lunchtime, I didn’t want to miss the blue skies.

Elford was lovely. Very neat and tidy beds, pruned and cleared. The river was deep and fast flowing.

The photo was taken looking out of the Boathouse (bird hide). Just peace and solitude.
