Olive tree pruning

The first one done. So much foliage to burn I decided to move the fire - in a metal wheelbarrow - with each new tree.  Olives don't fruit well on vertical wood but do on handing branchlets. Which are also easier to harvest. The proof will be in the oil or not.

Work starts on the roof on Monday.
