This meadow crane's bill looks like a trumpet! There are a few flowers left from summer & this is certainly one of them! They seem to last forever, long may that continue, but it goes to 47F on Saturday, so am not sure it will.

The Importance of Being Larry

I've spent most of the day in my studio. Earlier blips today as got friends coming round for a curry, cooked by my dad's fair hands! he's very good at curries, he's known throughout the district for them :)

This blip & flower is also dedicated to my beautiful mummy who passed away on this day 5 months ago. I can't really believe it has been 5 months. I had a lovely dream about her last night & she was so happy & hugging me constantly, holding & squeezing my hand, her eyes were sparkling & her laughter ran out wherever we went. xxxx
