Basking Dog

Never mind the basking sharks spotted off the  Kerry coast; a dog and its owner were spotted inland from the Cork coast basking in the spring sunshine in their garden. 

I had one real job to do today, and I nearly forgot to do it. 

In other news I met with one of my favourite ornithologists.  I will do some work for the new local (to our school) bird hide with him.  I have met him before and his enthusiasm is what I remember most about him.  This is an exciting project.
