Acorn

Love the colours of Autumn in this shot and all the shades of green.

I'm trying to find out if there is something that I can do with acorns as you know we're into foraging. I've heard that you can roast them then grind them and use them as coffee - but I like my caffeine too much. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Started making Rose Hip jelly this afternoon so it will be straining overnight ready to boil into jelly tomorrow.
