View from the Top

Well, it's been a long day.  Up quite early back in the UK as I needed to finish off the packing (well, actually start the packing although it was selected!)  Late morning, we dropped the dog off at the kennels and then on to Heathrow for a mid afternoon flight to Boston.  Great flight, comfortable and allowed me to catch up on a couple of films.  (One film was Paddington 2 - really well done and hilarious).

We landed half an hour early and had very little trouble gaining access to the country, then a cab into the city centre.  Now we are comfortably esconced in a 26th floor apartment with Blipfriend DDW and her charming husband Richard - not, of course, forgetting the cuddly dog Mabel.  The blip shows the view out onto the city from the apartment - very beautiful.

It is now 3.55 in the morning UK time but only 10.55 American time - we may not be very lively in the 'morning' morning!
