Synchronicity

Back up from Londontown with the sparrow burp this morning, so that I could attend an event to celebrate the work done so far on creating a legacy for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Lots of the young people we are supporting as volunteer Ambassadors all over Scotland were there, including one who gave a fantastic speech on all she has done so far and what she has gained from it. I was so proud of every one of them - they're an inspiration!

This team of synchronised swimmers were part of the photo call, as the event was held at the refurbished Royal Commonwealth Pool. Not a sharp shot - too far away and on the AyePhone - but too good an opportunity so it had to be tonight's choice!
