Keptie Pond, Arbroath

Went hunting for tinned Mandarins in light syrup.  Unsuccessfully  -  all the stores around only sell it in juice.  I don't like the raw juice and end up having to add maple syrup when I eat the Mandarins!  After shopping in Morrisons in Arbroath I had a very pleasant walk around Keptie Pond.  Only about three other people there, but plenty of birds  -  mostly gulls. The building up on the hill was a Water Tower (there is a plaque at either side with the history of it) built in 1885 to provide the town of Arbroath with fresh water. Extra is the Waning Moon early this morning.
