Dry

The roses I purchased a few weeks back have completely dried out.

Beautiful in their decay.

I expected to ache a little after my swim yesterday but woke up feeling fine.  Took myself for a very muddy run.

It's been raining this afternoon so I made a bakewell tart and pottered around indoors.
