Blue Sky, White Clouds

It felt like it was going to be a lovely days as I went to get the bus this morning, and it was a lovely day – we had sunshine and blue skies.  A colleague and I were comparing last Thursday to today – what a contrast!  I had a busy day, but decided I would get out of the office for some fresh air at lunchtime.

TT and colleagues were attending a rally at the Scottish parliament today, so I wandered down to meet up with them briefly.  Unfortunately I had to get back to work for a meeting, so left them to it.

I was pleased to leave the office this evening, knowing I won’t be back in till Monday.  The boys were out at football when I got home.  An old school friends of TT’s who was in the area popped by to visit this evening. It’s always good to catch up with him, and he brought me a bottle of gin!
BB's school had their World Book Day today, as they missed it last week due to the snow.  They were doing a book swap and they had to take a book and a cushion in, so they could all sit down and enjoy their books. 

I failed to get a decent blip at the rally, so got this on my way back to the office. I liked the white clouds.
