Sabre

We have been struggling for months to get little one to wear cream for her dry skin. Imagine a scene each night equivalent to trying to give a cat a perm, or something. Horrendous for all of us!

Anyway. Some kind of epiphany happened last week, she finally embraced her reward chart after we promised if she got to 10 stickers we would buy her the "light sword" she had seen at the toy shop last week. 

She reached the 10 last weekend and off we marched to the toy shop to buy it. But it was closed on a Sunday! In Silverburn! Who knew?! Anyway. She held it together well, and has done really well again this week too. And doesn't seem to be asking for the next reward!

So her dad took her to the toy shop today, and here she is with her very well deserved "light sword". She's destined to be a superhero of some kind!
