PXI Pop-up Baker

At Parson Cross Initiative (PXI) we like everyone in our community to know they are loved. So when Helen arrived unexpectedly and it’s her birthday, the amazing Holly our super Pop-Up Baker popped out to the kitchen and whipped up this giant birthday cake.
