Not much progress

Everything seems to be really delayed in the garden this year, looking back on my Blip of a few years ago there were lots of buds and even some flowers about, this year everything still looks brown and has very little new growth appearing.
Lovely day today though, decided to walk to Denton to collect Poppy’s prescription from the vet, about three miles each way, although I timed it so I’d get a lift back for part of the way with Kevin so only walked about 4.5. Made the mistake of putting my very warm coat on over a fleece body warmer! Thinking the wind was cold, bad mistake - although I might’ve lots a few pounds of sweat!!
