York Museum Gardens

It was extremely busy in the city centre this afternoon.  We walked through the main shopping area to the Museum Gardens.  The spring flowers were delightful and we could imagine how lovely these gardens are in the summer.  The picture is of the medieval ruin of St Mary's Abbey.
