Fell Foot parkrun

Today I had signed up to be tail walker, so even though it was a cold & wet morning we headed off to Fell Foot. Only 109 brave souls completed the 5 km this morning! I had the privilege of being a guide runner to a gentleman returning to running and needing directing through all the twists and turns. So glad to be part of such an inclusive club!
