A horrible wet day, hasn't stopped raining all day.
Inspired by seeing Marians blip of her banana loaf so decided to do some baking myself.
This is a fruit cake made using a jar of mincemeat - you can pick it up very cheaply post christmas! It is a fabulous cake.
