Another Day, Another Whiteout

Actually the weather today was a little better with the cloud only starting fairly high on the mountain. Our guides decided we could take a look at the linked French resort, La Rosier.  This was the group at the French Italian border.  As you can see the world is still white apart from us and the marker poles!
It will be interesting to see what all this actually looks like when we get slightly better weather and can see something.
The extra shows the view from the Roxy Bar to the Fourclaz Express lift.
This shows the "better" weather. Not wonderful but something can be seen! The sun chairs are an optimistic touch on the part of the management.
This became one of our favourite rest points on the trip, not least because it's not so far back to town, and at the bottom of one of the best slopes on the mountain.
