Gauguin

Spent most of the day in Edinburgh in the pouring rain. Lunch with some OU friends and then on to a tutorial at Napier. Caught up with fellow blippers in the early evening and had a fine old time.

A had half a hour to spend before it all kicked off and dropped into the National Gallery which was extremely busy with folks dodging the rain. We had been discussing this Gauguin in chat groups so I thought I would go and have a look at it. A strange dreamlike painting but quite compelling as well.
