Pulled Pork today

The local supermarket sold big chunks of pork yesterday. It brought back a memory from 2013 of a distant friend explaining how he makes the world's best pulled pork. So pulled pork it had to be. Today it is Dutchoak's first go at trying to emulate him. 20 hours of cooking and a few hours in the smoker.

Some coleslaw and potato wedges and a young Mr. Dutchoak to finish it all..
