Dolly and the Travel Buddies

Today was Heidi’s last day with us. It’s sad and we’ll miss her terribly. But we know that she can come back and visit and be here in just a few hours. Yay for airplanes!!

Both times they have been here before, these travel buddies have come along on the adventures Heidi and Dolly had in the campervan Alfie. And they came this time too! In a carry-on bag on a plane! So my blip today is of my friends - meet Scooby junior, who is a dog and new, Lewis the bear, Moose the moose, Piggy the pig and Andre the seal.

Dolly is of course sadly not here, but the felted small Dolly makes us remember what an amazing poodle and wonderful friend she was. She will fly back with the travel buddies to England now.

We had a nice morning and day with skiing, Blipping, knitting and having fika coffee and tea. Then mum drove Heidi to the airport. I went ballistic when the suitcases came out. Dolly really really didn’t like suitcases and now I know why. It means someone is leaving. Sad.

Oh well. Thank you Heidi for coming to stay with us! We’ve had such a great time. Welcome back any time!
