Rainy day Spin

The weather does not look good for any of the things I had planned for today, so I made do with a spin on the turbo trainer this morning.  Having been sat at work for 24 hours over the weekend some exercise was definitely needed! 

By way of a blip - one of the pedals on my road bike, looking rather battered now, although they don't owe me anything as I bought them some years back  as a try out for clip-in* pedals and decided to leave them on the bike.  The image is focus stacked from five originals, manually focused and then put together in Helicon Focus.  It probably needed another couple further back to keep the crank arm in too.

* known as clip-less as no toe clips are involved - not a terribly good name as clearly, the mechanism is indeed, a clip!
