Somebody's house

Under construction or repair - hard to say which.
There's a fair bit of building going on and one or two very expensive looking Big Sheds.
The economy of this tiny town has boomed since the days when all they had was a salt mine (hence the name Salinas) and all the milk was sent away for someone else to make money out of.
There are only one or two adobe and thatch huts left now and the main local industries are cheese, wool (llama, alpaca and sheep) and chocolate. We're told there are 90 projects currently underway in the greater Salinas district, all with the intention of improving the local economy and standard of living.

(Have I tried the chocolate? Well what do you think?!)
