Ouch :-(

This morning before work I was rushing about to get my car to the garage for 8.30 for it's MOT when disaster struck.

My car was full of junk which I thought I should move out of there for the test, this junk included a very heavy box. I lifted it up, it slipped and caught my nail. My poor nail was bent right back :-(. In my initial shock I managed to push it back, but then came the blood and throbbing pain! I flapped about in the car park like a crazy lady for a bit, much to the bemusement of some of my neighbours.

I ended up being late for the garage, but they didn't seem to mind. Thankfully my car passed her MOT, yay! I don't think I could have taken any more drama.

After work I went to legs class then headed home and marzipaned two layers of Tara's wedding cake, only 9 days till the wedding! Exciting!
