This way to the river

It was lovely this morning ....... sunshine & it felt rather Springlike! A pity it clouded over this afternoon when we headed out for our walk!

Still it was lovely not to have to get all bundled up! Unfortunately it meant the light was rather poor ....... but I did manage to get a few relatively decent photos.

We went to the little Country Park nearby ...... saw lots of Robins ...... in fact the whole walk was accompanied by their singing as a soundtrack ..... what could be better! We wandered towards the riverbank just in time to see this boat chug by! Good timing! We also saw 3 Cormorants on the river ..... but they were not interested in being Blip stars & flew off!

Extra: Daffodils & Snowdrops blooming together ..... don't think I've ever seen that before!
