to start and to let go

not a flashy start, but then again, most things aren’t.

to start has always seemed impossible to me. it has, and will be the same way for every single situation that has even the slightest possibility of occurring within this universe.

from a psychological level, maybe it ties to a fear of first impressions. first impression a work will leave on someone else, or the first impression it will leave on me. it’s the underlying consciousness of how strong prejudice is, and how if a mistake is made from the start, there’s no way of recovery, at least in the eyes of people.

still; maybe, but just maybe, all it will take to defeat a life long system of unconscious fears, might be to let go.
