Notes: Cold morning and awake 4a (5a w/ time change). Waited till light and went for frigid run. CBS morning show and made breakfast. Did laundry and some cleaning thru the day, bath and 2 hr nap. Nice and relaxing! Ventured with the Instant Pot for dinner of chicken piccata - turned out well!
