Random driver shaming

Every day I see someone turning at this light, even tho it's clearly marked "no turns." It's a minor infraction in the whole scheme of things I guess, but seems like part of a larger rudeness and attitude of disregard that I see more of all the time.
Ok, that's it, rant over, climbing down from atop high horse :)
